Support the new Student Success Center in the College of Education & Human Development

The Project: The students, faculty, and staff of the UTSA College of Education and Human Development are looking for your help in supporting student success and meeting student hidden expenses!

Who We Are: The UTSA College of Education and Human Development is one of the leading providers of educators in the San Antonio area. The college has more than 4,700 students and is responsible for innovative research and grants in higher education administration, professional development, technology enhancement, health, school readiness, and bi-national and bicultural issues.

The Impact: Remember when you were a student? The cost of a college education goes beyond paying tuition and fees. Students are responsible for paying for their own textbooks, testing supplies, transportation, study guides, and travel to conferences and abroad, and these expenses can add up. The new COEHD Student Success Center hopes to raise funds to help defer some of these out of pocket expenses that impact our students’ success and college experience.

What Your Gifts Will Do: Your gift to the college will help pay for some of the hidden expenses that present a challenge for our students. This includes testing supplies (scantrons, bluebooks, pens, pencils); food vouchers; transportation costs (travel stipends, bus passes); textbooks (textbooks for core courses, access codes); and leadership development (travel and admission to conferences for students). Our students’ success is a contribution to your continued success. Help us help them!

Share This Message: Every little bit helps, even sharing our campaign with your family and friends! Please feel free to share with others to help support our goal!

Thanks for Your Support: On behalf of the UTSA College of Education and Human Development, we would like to thank you for your generosity and support of student success in the college. Your gift truly makes a difference in the lives of the students in the college and supports their journey to becoming future leaders, educators, and professionals.
