Korede - Ms. UTSA Candidate

My name is Korede Osifuwa and I’m running to represent the student body as Ms. UTSA 2014-2015. This title will give me an opportunity to serve an institution so dear to my heart. Being crowned Ms. UTSA will also give me a chance to represent my university in the San Antonio community. Over the past 2 years, I have grown immensely as a leader due to my involvement and participation on campus. I gladly call myself a Roadrunner, and I take great pride in being part of a school dedicated to growth and improving student life.

Raising funds for the Alumni Association will not only benefit my campaign but also hundreds of UTSA students dealing with the financial stress that comes along with pursuing a higher education. I have been fortunate enough to receive scholarships and I hope to help provide that same opportunity for fellow Roadrunners. While fundraising for the Alumni Association I plan to raise awareness about UTSA and the impact scholarships have on students.

With that said, I would like to say a huge thank you for supporting this cause. Myself and the Alumni Association really appreciate your donations and efforts to enrich the lives of UTSA students.
