Our Crowdfunding Groups
The Roadrunner Swimming Club focuses on bringing people together to exercise, make lasting friendships, and go to competitions. We fundraise in order to afford practice lanes, travel expenses, hotel rooms, and equipment. It is one of our goals as a team to finish in the top five places at competitions and in the overall Southwestern Swim League. Any additional funds will be used towards the betterment of the club.
Roadrunner Swimming is an organization of swimmers that exercise and compete against other universities. In our most recent meet, our team finished 4th out of 9 teams. It is our goal as a team to inspire people who enjoy swimming to become better swimmers as well as to make long-lasting bonds with each other. We also aspire to become one of the best teams in the Southwestern Swim League. With your donation, we can afford better equipment to help improve our swimming technique and skills and allow us to continue practicing at Chisholm Hall.
Our success as an organization will be seen at competitions and will bring further recognition to our university. Roadrunner Swimming encourages participants to stay active, by coming to practice and learning a diverse set of skills in the water to become a better swimmer. The goal of our organization is to promote a fun way for members to stay in shape and provide them an opportunity to build a bond with other swimmers that will last forever.
Your help will not only allow us to travel to our competitions, but will also provide members with new equipment for practices. This helps our swimmers improve their strokes with a better workout regimen. Thus motivating our members with different types of practices to improve both their technique and speed, while teaching them valuable skills of cooperation and leadership. Your support pushes us closer to achieving our goals as competitive athletes.
